Bromley Football Club wants our young players to learn and enjoy playing the game in a professional environment and we believe that by competing in the Junior Premier League (JPL), our Youth Academy players are given that opportunity. Our Youth Academy is the start of a potential pathway at Bromley FC that could lead to our Post 16 Academy, our Under 23s Professional Development Squad and to our First Team. Our Post 16 Academy gives our young players the chance to remain involved in football from the age of 16 progressing through our education and scholarship programmes and exiting via a host of unique pathways.

The Bromley FC Youth Academy was launched in 2017 and with success throughout it now competes with seven teams, with boys teams at Under 12, Under 13, Under 14, Under 15 and Under 16 plus girls teams at Under 14 and Under 16 leves. Each team trains two nights a week and plays in the Junior Premier League on Saturdays.
