A state of the art gym facility situated within Bromley FC, offering a range of classes to help elevate and promote overall health. With classes ranging from yoga to strength and conditioning there is something for all.

HIIT Class

HIIT or high intensity interval training features varying intervals of intense cardio or strength exercises with active recovery. These HITT classes allow you to increase your heart rate while improving your strength, boosting your power and endurance whilst working your entire body.

Circuits

Our circuits class consists of a series of exercise stations which will work multiple areas of the body for a set period with a short rest between stations before moving to the next exercise. Our circuit class combines strength, cardio, and functional movements.

Strength & Conditioning

Our strength and conditioning class use light weights and high reptations that will give you a full body workout and a high calorie burn. Our strength and conditioning class include aspects of circuit training, cardio exercise, body weight exercises and Core training.
