After a few tame opportunities on goal from the Ravens, Reice Charles-Cook made an acrobatic save to prevent Eastleigh a second goal.

After a numerous chances from both ends, a late first-half equaliser came from Marriott, who slotted the ball into the net with his first goal for the Ravens, following some brilliant play from Billy Bingham and Harry Forster.
In the second half, a great number of chances came from a Bromley corner, which the Ravens were unlucky not to convert. Just minutes later, a close Bromley chance came from an ambitious cross from Bingham, which fell just wide for a goal kick.
In the 58th minute, a brilliant ball is floated into the box, and after a downward header by Michael Cheek was saved, Marriott was there to fire home the rebound from close range.
