  • Academy

Bromley Football Club are delighted to announce that our Bromley Girls Academy, proudly supported by Go Travel, will be competing in the National Football Youth League for the 2019/20 season.

Our 16-19 year old Bromley Girls Academy scholars will take their place in the Ladies South Premier division alongside AFC Bournemouth, AFC Basildon, Chelsea, Gillingham, Norwich, Oxford United, Peterborough, Plymouth, Portsmouth and Reading.

The Club would like to thank those current member clubs, including Manchester City, Bournemouth, Portsmouth and Sunderland who voted in favour of the Club’s application for our girls membership at the AGM held at West Bromwich Albion last week.

Academy Director Mark Hammond commented; “We are delighted for our female scholars to be joining such a prestigious league, providing them with an excellent experience to compete and develop alongside the likes of Bournemouth, Chelsea and Gillingham. It’s another great stride forward as we continue to work on growing our women’s game.”
