CEO plans to help Adult Education through Career supporting or changing qualifications and get the skills they need!

Bromley Football Club has announced a range of measures to make adult learning more accessible, ensuring the community can get the help they need to move into career supporting or changing good jobs. This includes key developments to increase the access to the Adult Education Pathways whereby people can access job and skills support immediately. This includes a focus on under-supported groups including disabled people, and those over 50-years-old.

The cost-of-living crisis has made it more important than ever that residents in the community can gain the skills they need to progress into good jobs, earn more in their current roles or secure better paid jobs and help to ease the financial pressures that so many are currently facing.

Members of the public will be able to access the fully or partially funded training opportunities which will lead to a more inclusive adult education system, providing wider skills, helping address increasing costs faced by the FE workforce and ensuring lower skilled people can continue to get the training they need to progress.

This will enable clear progression routes from existing provision into skills training that leads to good jobs and/or supports efforts to address skills gaps in priority sectors for the wider community.

The launch of the Leadership through Football Qualification will be the first of many to come!
