Bromley Football Club had the pleasure of hosting a local schools football tournament last week to help decide which schools would go on to represent the London Borough of Bromley at The London Youth Games in March 2017.

Not only did the Club support the tournament with the use of it’s superb 3G pitches, Bromley FC Academy students  got involved refereeing the games throughout the afternoon.

General Manager Jeff Hutton added, “It was a great privilege to be asked to host the tournament for the second year running. We’ve got a great relationship with our local schools which continues  to develop stronger and stronger. The tournament was another great example of our work within the local community. A huge congratulations to Mr Belgrave and Pickhurst Junior Academy who will no doubt do a great job in representing the borough at the London School games.”

Thanks to the support the Club’s Community scheme receives from intu Bromley every participant at the tournament received a free match ticket to our up coming fixtures at Hayes Lane.
