Youth Academy Summary: Saturday 11th February

We start with our U12 Boys who played host to Greenwich Peninsula and clinched maximum points, winning 2-1 thanks to a brace from top scorer Malaki White. Shout-out to Patrik Doyle who also put in a fantastic performance.

It proved to be a difficult day for our U13 Boys as they lost 5-1 away at PSA. Tyler Pett in the Bromley goal made some great saves late on to prevent further damage. Hunter Caldwell wrote his name on the score-sheet for the Ravens.

One of the results of the weekend came from our U14 Girls who beat Juventus 7-0. A dominant display saw seven different goal scorers seal the win for the Ravens with Ismey McFadyen and Olivia Corney putting in brilliant performances.

As for our U14 Boys, they also tasted victory at the weekend, beating PSA 4-1, despite going 1-0 down. A Seb Amatai brace, alongside goals from Harry Ejje and Jack Denton sealed the win as Ed Payton and Ralf Jones also put in stand-out performances.

Our U15 Boys lost 4-1 to the same opposition despite dominating proceedings, creating more than 20 scoring chances with Feranmi Dada netting for Bromley. Midfielders George Rees and Conall Barry played very well whilst right-back Theo Beeching also received praise after the game.

Welling were the hosts for our U16 Girls who netted five at the weekend, winning 5-0 away from home. Rosie Rowe bagged a brace, as did Bryony Hart whilst Freya Salked also found the net too. Hollie Boudville and midfielder Anna Tilley also put in brilliant performances on the day.

Our U16 Boys found themselves on the receiving end of a 2-1 score-line when they also came up against PSA. Despite having good possession of the ball, Bromley didn’t create the chances they needed to get something out of the game. However, Isaac Richards and George Evans put in stand-out displays with Zhechko Zhelyazkov netting for the Ravens.

As ever, thank you to our sponsors Glemnet and Group LK for their continued support!
