Youth Academy Summary: Saturday 11th March

It proved to be another weekend full of mixed results for our Youth Academy sides.

Starting with our U12 Boys and they travelled to Eldon Celtic. The Ravens went 2-0 up early on before the hosts levellled proceedings going into half-time. However, five second half goals meant Bromley came away 7-2 winners. Shout-outs go to Beau McCoy, Zach Grainger and Callum Clifford who all put in brilliant performances.

As for our U13 Boys, they fell to a 3-1 defeat away at MK Dons. The Ravens had most of the possession early on, but the hosts struck first before going 2-0 up. Bromley pulled one back and pressed for an equaliser by the Dons secured the win, netting a third in the latter stages. Kian Taylor impressed with his hard work and good attitude.

Our U14 Boys lost to Woking after going down to 10 players following an earlier injury and it was Riley Stammers who netted the only goal of the game for Bromley.

Moving onto our U14 Girls who also fell to a defeat away at a strong West Ham side, despite dominating the first half as Lucy Chapman and Aaliyah Mansouri came away with Team of the Week performances.

It was defeat for our U16s too as they hosted Pro Sports Academy, losing 4-2. Shout-outs go to Theo, Zack and Feranmi who all play for our U15s, but continue to impress at the level above.

As ever, a huge thank you to Group LK and Glemnet for their continued support.
