July’s draw took place on Wednesday afternoon with funds received in time for 343 numbers in total (another new record) meaning a prize fund of £857.50, with the same amount going to the club!

The Club have received numerous messages from supporters asking how they can support the Club during this time.

For supporters who do believe they are in a position to be able to support Bromley Football Club financially we would like to direct you to our volunteer led ‘100+ Club’. Not only does this help the Club, but for just £5 a month it gives you the chance to win one of five cash prizes each month.

Since it started in April 2011, run by long standing supporters John Richardson and Arthur Duplock, the club has grown from an initial membership of 53 to its current level of 343 and total prize money to date has been around £27,400, shared between around 580 lucky winners. Our aim is to increase the membership from its current level of 343 to 500. This would mean that the amount contributed to the club would increase significantly, but perhaps just as importantly the first prize for supporters would be an amazing £500. Although the target may appear ambitious, it only represents around 20% of our regular attendance figure so we hope with your support the target of 500 members can be achieved.

Those who wish to take part will contribute £5 each month via a standing order for one “100+ Club” draw number. Supporters are more than welcome to purchase more than one draw number at £5 each giving you a greater opportunity at claiming a prize. There will be five monetary prizes a month:

1st prize – 20% of total contributions
2nd prize – 12% of total contributions
3rd prize – 8% of total contributions
4th prize – 6% of total contributions
5th prize – 4% of total contributions

Draws would usually take place ‘live’ on the last home game of each month during the season using a drum and numbered balls. Due to the situation we all find ourselves in this is currently being done by a random number generating programme. Winners are announced on the website and and notified individually and the prizes can now be paid direct into winners bank accounts as well as by cheque.

The June draw had a record top prize of £343.00 which in turn meant a record amount was donated to the Club.

We would like to say a massive thank you to all the supporters who have signed up and a huge thanks to John and Arthur, whose hard work has turned the 100 Club into the 100+ Club and raised an amazing £27,447.10 for the Football Club since 2011.
