Bromley Football Club are delighted to be hosting the Freddie Farmer Foundation Charity football match this Saturday 26th May, as a “Friends XI” will face a Crystal Palace fans XI.
The Freddie Farmer Physiotherapy Centre provides intensive physiotherapy programmes for disabled children aged 3-16. The centre is one of only a handful of independent UK therapy centres offering specialist equipment and therapeutic exercises, supporting disabled children from all over London and the South-east.
Kickoff on the day will be at 3pm, with funds for the foundation being raised by players, who will pay £30 each, and spectators, who will pay £2 for entry to the game. Donations can also be made through the official JustGiving page.
The Club has a history of supporting the cause, with Freddie, his friends and his family being a very familiar faces at the H2T Group Stadium, being avid supporters and regular match sponsors.
Freddie was also honoured to have been asked to accompany David Gregory onto the Wembley pitch (above) as the teams walked out of the tunnel for the FA Trophy Final, a day he will never forget!
A day our Freddie will never forget! Not seen the National Anthem belted out like that at Wembley since England Rugby played in the old stadium @bromleyfc @jerrydolke @fffphysio pic.twitter.com/6yK7vVumTy
