Digital Season Ticket Expiry Issue

We are aware of a number of supporters experiencing issues regarding digital season tickets incorrectly expiring ahead of Saturday’s fixture against Solihull Moors.

We have received guidance from Ticketmaster and if your digital season ticket is no longer showing on your phone/in your wallet, you can move your pass back into your phone wallet by following the below steps:

Once the digital season ticket is back in your wallet, if it continues to show as expired, please be assured that it will still be valid for use.

iOS / iPhone

  • Open your Apple Wallet (or Apple Pay) app
  • Tap on “View Expired Passes”  (you might need to scroll down if you have lots of passes in your wallet)
  • Select the relevant pass, and then select ‘Unhide’
  • Now go back to the main Apple Wallet screen
  • Your pass should reappear

Android/Google

  • Open your Google Pay/Wallet app
  • Tap on the “Expired Passes” text
  • Select the relevant pass, and then select ‘Unhide’
  • Now go back to the main Google Pay/Wallet screen
  • Your pass should reappear

We would like to sincerely apologise to season ticket holders for any inconvenience caused by this Ticketmaster error.

Please rest assured that your digital and physical season tickets will still gain you access to the game and stewards will be on hand at the turnstiles to assist if needed.
