The defender took part in full team training this week for the first time since his operation and he clearly enjoyed it.

“I’m back in training now and have given the all clear by the physio. I’ve passed all the tests I’ve needed to pass and today was my first day back out there training with the lads. It’s exciting, but obviously I need to be held back a bit at times. I’d like to go straight in and put some tackles in, but obviously I’m not allowed to!”
