We have counted the votes you guys have submitted for September’s Player of the Month and we’re delighted to reveal that Michael Cheek has picked up the award!

In his six appearances last month, our number nine bagged four goals as he netted braces in victories over Maidenhead and Gateshead respectively.

He continued to pose a threat through the course of September and deservedly picked up the second Player of the Month award of the season after Grant Smith clinched August’s.
