Bromley Football Club were delighted to receive a £25,000 grant from the National League Trust, in support of the Club’s new community programme.
The funding will go towards four exciting projects; A link with local special schools, football sessions for those with mental disabilities, a recreational football programme for Women over 30, as well as a Girls Saturday Morning Soccer School!
The National League Trust is a charity that offers grant aid to National League clubs to support and develop their community projects. Over £5m has been distributed so far. This money comes from the Premier League and the Professional Footballers Association, who have committed to support the Trust until 2019. They each contribute to an annual donation of £1.2m.
55 National League clubs are currently running projects and receiving funding from the Trust.
We would like to thank Colin Peake and the Trust, The Premier League and The PFA for their generous support.
