Community volunteer, Malcolm Bone, wins Vanarama National League Volunteer of the Month

We are delighted to confirm that Community Trust volunteer, Malcolm Bone, has won the Vanarama National League Volunteer of the Month for September.

Malcolm is a very important figure at Hayes Lane – and as the club’s first ever Community Trust volunteer, he has set the standard for those who follow him.

Working at least three days a week, he focuses his attention on all things from children’s soccer camps to school trips and engaging the elderly in our Ravens Chat. Not to mention that he also runs our Friday Walking Football sessions.

Malcolm gives up his time to help the club achieve its mission of improving the physical and mental wellbeing of the community through sport.

His friendly personality, constant smile and hard work is why we are so lucky to have him as a key part of our football club.

Thank you for all you do for Bromley FC, Malcolm, and a huge congratulations on your well-deserved award!
