NHS mental health workshops to be held at Bromley Football Club

  • Community

Bromley FC is proud to support and be working with ‘Talk together Bromley’ to offer free Stress Management and Building Resilience Workshops.

1 in 4 of the adult population will suffer from a mental health illness in their lifetime. The recent FA “Take a Minute” campaign saw all third round FA Cup ties delayed by 1 minute so that fans could consider the mental health and wellbeing of themselves, family and friends. The workshops will give participants some tools to build resilience and manage day to day stress more positively and will be delivered in the Glemnet Suite.

Dates of the sessions are as follows: Monday 10th February (6pm-7:30pm), Tuesday 25th February (10:30am-12pm), Friday 28th February (10am-11:30am) and Tuesday 10th March (6pm-7:30pm).

Participants need to be aged 18 yrs or older and be registered with a Bromley GP.

Bromley FC are delighted to be fully supporting this campaign and are offering all attendees a free match day ticket.
