Fixtures in The Vanarama National League are set to be released on Wednesday 4th July, with the season itself commencing on Saturday 4th August.
The Christmas period will comprise of fixtures on Saturday 22nd December, Wednesday 26th December, Saturday 29th December and Tuesday 1st January. Fixtures around Easter will be on Friday 19th April and Monday 22nd April, with the season coming to a close on Saturday 27th April.
The Play-Offs will continue in the new format, which debuted last season, whereby six clubs are involved, and of course, the final will be held at Wembley Stadium on the weekend of 11th May.
League sponsors Vanarama announced that they have agreed to extend their sponsorship of the competition for a further three years, which will come as welcome news to supporters and clubs alike, with the partnership being a resounding success so far.
Furthermore, BT Sport have followed suit, extending their broadcast agreement for a further three years too, with a 55% increase in National League viewing figures compared to that of two years ago, as well as an impressive audience in excess of 300,000 for the Vanarma National League Promotion Final, contested between Boreham Wood and Tranmere Rovers back in May. The channel will broadcast up to 32 live matches (including playoffs), as well as continuing with the popular highlights show.
