Bromley Football Club can confirm that defender Richard Brindley has extended his stay with the Club, signing a deal following an impressive short term agreement.
The former Rotherham United man, who has represented the Ravens at right back on two occasions, has impressed Neil Smith enough to earn a deal.
Upon signing, Brindley commented; “I feel really happy. I’m glad to come here and have the opportunity to play my football, and I’m looking forward to the challenge ahead. The manager and the chairman have been brilliant with me, and spoke to me after my first week of training about sorting out something longer term. It’s a really good set up here.”
Manager Neil Smith was delighted to secure Brindley’s services, and added; “He’s come in and really earned his contract. He’s played for us twice now and in the mean time we’ve been trying to work something out so both parties are happy, and we’ve got everything done now and I’m pleased he’s our player!.”
