Bromley draw Hereford in the FA Cup Fourth Qualifying Round

The Ravens have drawn National League North side Hereford in the Fourth Qualifying Round of the Emirates FA Cup.

After their success last season in the FA Trophy, in which they came out victorious after defeating Ryan Reynolds’ Wrexham at Wembley, the Ravens will be looking to go one further and prove themselves in this competition. In order to do so, they need to beat the Bulls, who are 17th in the National League North. In their last five league games, they have clinched one win, two draws and two losses.

Andy Woodman’s men will be feeling confident going into this fixture as the favourites to win it, especially with the roaring support that is synonymous with the Bromley home fans, and the knowledge that they were able to progress to Round One last season. In their last five games, Bromley have won three, drawn one and lost one, picking up ten points out of a possible 15, as opposed to Hereford who have picked up five out of 15. The two teams have never encountered each other.

Bromley will be gunning for their page in the record books – the last time that they reached the second round, the club’s best ever finish, was in the 1945-46 season, where they were eventually defeated 4-2 by Watford.
