Bromley Football Club are pleased to announce the signing of defender Michael Chambers following his departure from fellow National League side Wrexham, subject to international clearance.
The 6’5″ central defender spent his youth with Dulwich Hamlet and Crystal Palace, before joining Welling United. He scored against Bromley for the Wings, in a 2-1 victory for the Ravens at Park View Road.
He then returned to Dulwich Hamlet, helping them to promotion to the National League South. Following an impressive season in that division, he was picked up by Wrexham in the Summer of 2019.
Chambers has made 12 appearances for the Dragons so far this season, as well as spending a short spell on loan at Chelmsford City.
Chambers commented; “I’m excited to be a part of this Club now. You can see where the Club is in the league and the ambitions it has to push on, so it’s good to be a part of that.”
Chambers will wear the number 26 shirt.
