The Club are delighted to confirm the winner of the August Shampan Player of the Month, with over 50% of the votes, is goalkeeper Alan Julian.

We caught up with Alan Julian, who was delighted to receive the award.

“I am absolutely delighted to be awarded the Player of the Month, it is nice to be recognised by the supporters, because like any club, the supporters are the most important people.

“Three wins and two clean sheets is brilliant, hopefully we can keep the form going. Its always nice to keep a clean sheet but most importantly is getting the win. We’ve got a very good squad of players here, so lets hope we can keep improving and winning.

“I have to mention Glyn Shimmel, the work we do on the training ground is fantastic. He really helps me with my game, and is always on at me to improve and better my standards.”
