Bromley returned to winning ways on Saturday, beating Chesterfield 4-2 at Hayes Lane.
The first half was an electric one to say the least and the first chance fell Bromley’s way on the second minute. Ali Al-Hamadi set up Marcus Sablier who bent an effort just wide of the post.
Al-Hamadi was in the thick of it again soon after, netting his first for the club, smashing the ball into the back of the net.
Michael Cheek then almost scored a fantastic goal, turning his man before shooting with the outside of the boot, forcing Scott Loach into a fantastic save.
One then become two shy of the half-hour mark, another fantastic Luke Coulson goal! The number seven took a brilliant touch before looping the Chesterfield ‘keeper.
Al-Hamadi then added to Bromley’s dominance by dinking in the third before Chesterfield pulled one back as Laurence Maguire headed home.
Shortly before the break, the Spireites had two, another header, this time from Tom Denton.
The second half started just how the first did, with Bromley dominance. After some brilliant play from Al-Hamadi, he played in Corey Whitely who placed it into the bottom corner.
The Ravens continued to dominate and almost got a fifth when Coulson saw his fantastic free-kick saved.
Bromley held on to clinch a vital three points as attentions turn to Monday with a trip to Solihull Moors.
