The Ravens travel to North Yorkshire to take on Harrogate Town in front of the BT Sport cameras on Saturday evening.

Last Time Out:

It proved to be derby day defeat for Bromley in our last game as Neil Smith’s men fell to a 1-0 defeat at home to Sutton United last weekend, courtesy of a 16^th minute Omar Bugiel winner.

As for Harrogate, they enjoyed late drama on Tuesday night as they beat Chesterfield 4-3 away from home with Jack Muldoon netting a 92^nd minute decider.

A Look At The Opposition:

Depending on results elsewhere, a win for second place Harrogate on Saturday could see them close the gap on top spot to two points.

Town, who have won three of their last five league games, have also bagged 60 goals so far this season, conceding on 43 occasions.

As for their home form, Saturday’s opposition have won four of their last five games at the CNG Stadium and have accumulated 39 points on home turf.

The Ravens will be travelling to a ground which was opened in 1920 and has a capacity of 4,108 whereby 600 are seated.

Who’s In Charge?

After taking charge in 2009, Simon Weaver is one of the longest serving managers in the English football pyramid.

The Harrogate boss guided his side to their best ever FA Cup finish during the 2012-13 season after bowing out at the second round stage. He was also at the helm of a Town side who clinched promotion to the fifth tier in 2018.

As a player, the former defender represented a list of sides that include Doncaster Rovers, Lincoln City and Kidderminster Harriers.

Last Meeting:

It proved to be a goal fest at Hayes Lane when Bromley welcomed Harrogate to South East London back in November as they came back from three goals down to draw 3-3.

Jack Emmett, Brendan Kiernan and Jack Muldoon gave the visitors a three-goal cushion before Reeco Hackett-Fairchild pulled one back just before the break. A second half brace from Chris Bush sealed a point as the Ravens showed great character to come away with a draw.

Harrogate winger Brendan Kiernan is a name well known to Bromley supporters, with the 27 year old having two spells with the Ravens, as well as playing for the Club’s youth teams from U9s under the guidance of Mark Goldberg alongside the likes of Marc-Anthony Okoye, Bradley Goldberg and Peter Wedgeworth.
