This weekend Bromley entertain Solihull Moors for the return Vanarama National League fixture on Saturday, kick-off 3.00pm.

The Ravens will be looking to record the League double over their opponents, having secured a single goal victory in front of the BT television cameras in the Midlands just before Christmas, Michael Cheek the scorer on the night.

The win was the first that the Kent Club had achieved on their visits, having lost all previous four games since Solihull were promoted to the current League for the start of the 2016/17 season.

In their four visits to Hayes Lane, Solihull have recorded two victories and last season’s 2-2 draw. Bromley’s only success was on 16 September 2017 when George Porter was on target for the only goal of the game.

Last Saturday Solihull were defeated at The Shay by the only goal scored just after the interval from the penalty spot by Halifax Town; whilst Tuesday’s scheduled home fixture against Dover Athletic was postponed due to the Kent side’s financial difficulties. This leaves them in 17th position in the table with 32 points from 25 games.

Solihull Moors were one of three Clubs who changed Managers last week. Jimmy Shan was replaced by Southern League Premier Central Division side Stourbridge’s Manager, Mark Yates on a temporary basis until the end of the season, whilst Stourbridge’s season is suspended.

For Yates, it will be his second spell at Danson Park having been in charge in 2017/18.

Barnet parted company with Tim Flowers, who has been replaced by Paul Fairclough until the end of the season; and Wealdstone appointed Stuart Maynard after Dean Brennan departed Grosvenor Vale a month ago.
