Aldershot Town are the visitors to Hayes Lane on Saturday, a fixture to be played in front of the BT Sport cameras with a 5.20pm kick off.

To all connected to the Hampshire Club and also the presenters, camera crew and technicians of BT Sport we extend a warm welcome.

Aldershot are currently in 12th position in the League table having gained 24 points from 18 fixtures completed. They have recorded seven victories and three draws and, ten days ago, overcame Solihull Moors to progress to the 5th Round of the FA Trophy winning 3-2 at the Recreation Ground.

Last weekend they were involved in a thrilling 4-3 away victory at Wealdstone, and on Tuesday evening they lost at home to Weymouth 2-0, after having their goalkeeper sent off early in the first half.

Included in their squad is former Hayes Lane player, Josh Rees, who jointed Aldershot in the summer of 2020.

Josh Rees, a former Raven, will face his former Club on Saturday.

Last season the two Clubs were due to meet on three occasions, but Bromley’s home fixture was one of the games not played when the season was curtailed in March.

In the two matches which did take place, Bromley recorded their first ever away victory in the league over Aldershot when Jack Holland scored the only goal of the game in an early midweek fixture at Aldershot. Bromley then won a closely fought 4th Qualifying Round FA Cup tie 4-3 at Hayes Lane in October.

Jack Holland scores for the Ravens in last season’s FA Cup tie.

The return League fixture is scheduled to be Bromley’s last away game of the season on 22 May.
