Goals from Sam Woods, Louis Dennis and a Michael Cheek brace secured another three points for Andy Woodman’s men.
It proved to be a challenging opening period for the Ravens as Maidenhead caused problems, but it would be the hosts who opened the scoring through a well-worked Cheek strike as he fired hard and low past Craig Ross to give Bromley the lead from just outside the box.
Shortly after, Dennis was hunting for a Bromley second, but his shot from a tight angle was well blocked.
With six minutes of the first half remaining, Cheek completed his brace. Another left-footed effort which beat the in-form Maidenhead ‘keeper for the second time.
Ross was called into action deep into stoppage time to deny Dennis who continued to pose a threat before Bromley eventually did have their third. A corner eventually fell to Byron Webster who struck towards goal via the foot of Sam Woods who bagged his first for the club.
Shortly after the break, Dennis slotted home a fourth after racing towards goal.
New Maidenhead arrival Chanka Zimba pulled one back for the visitors before a Ben Krauhaus ball deflected over for a corner before reaching substitute Jude Arthurs who was in the perfect position to make it five.
The Bromley number 20 was in the thick of it again, firing low towards Ross’ left, forcing him into a clever save.
The hosts were chasing another, but the scores finished 4-1 as attentions now turn to next Saturday as we welcome Oldham Athletic to the RELOC8 EM Community Stadium. Click here for tickets.
