A nervy night in Altrincham finished 2-1 to the Ravens, clinching a vital win on the road.
It proved to be a strong first half for the Ravens. However, it would be the hosts who had the better of the chances in the early stages when Jordan Hulme was played across goal before his strike from close range forced a brilliant save out of Reice Charles-Cook.
The Ravens opened the scoring just shy of 20 minutes in when a free-kick was floated into the box and a glancing header from Byron Webster took it past the ‘keeper and into the net.
One quickly became two shortly after when a corner was headed towards goal by Omar Sowunmi, forcing Oliver Byrne into a save before Michael Cheek fired home the rebound.
The Ravens nearly netted a third just past the half-hour mark when a Kellen Fisher strike from distance was deflected narrowly wide by Charley Kendall.
Tyrese Sinclair pulled one back for the hosts early into the second half before Regan Linney almost equalised just past the hour mark, his low strike forcing Reice Charles-Cook into a save.
Louis Dennis curled an effort high and wide after Corey Whitely did well to pick out the number 11.
Whitely then had a chance of his own on 76 minutes, a bobbled shot comfortable enough for the Altrincham ‘keeper.
The hosts continued to press, but it was Bromley who held on to clinch maximum points.
