Further to the important ticketing update provided regarding the Wrexham fixture (click here to read) please find below season ticket holders instructions for claiming their match ticket for this fixture.
A reminder Concessions season ticket holders do NOT need to claim a ticket. Your season ticket card / e-ticket will work as usual.

Forgotten your password? Use the ‘Forgot your sign-in details?’ link located under the signing-in box.
Once logged in you’ll see a red notification top right-hand side, click it.
Once clicked a panel will appear listing ‘Reserved Tickets’ – Click on the gold link.
Once clicked you’ll see the page below listing the available ticket(s) for you to reserve. Tick the ones you would like to ‘claim’ and then click ‘Add to Basket’ – If you have paid for your reserved seats for the season this will remain in place for this fixture. For those without reserved seating please ignore the row and seat number, you will gain general admission as normal and can sit / stand as you prefer.
You’ll then be sent to the basket where you can then ‘Proceed to Checkout’
Note there will be no charges. Tick the Terms & Conditions box below and then the gold button ‘Complete Purchase’
You’ll then be shown a confirmation screen confirming your tickets.
For those with just one season ticket to ‘claim’ this will automatically update your physical card / e-ticket on your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and you’ll just need to scan on arrival as usual.
For those with more than one season ticket to ‘claim’ on their account, the primary season ticket holder will automatically have their physical card / e-ticket on your Apple Wallet and Google Wallet updated and you’ll just need to scan on arrival as usual. The ‘additional’ tickets will follow as electronic pdf tickets that will be attached to an email and sent to you during week commencing 13th.
So for example, if you have four season tickets on your account, you’ll be emailed three electronic pdf tickets tickets and your main season ticket holder card / Apple Wallet / Google Wallet pass will be updated. The electronic pdf tickets will have serial numbers on them relating to the season ticket holder so you’ll know which card is your main season ticket holder card.
Note, the electronic pdf tickets do NOT need to be printed and can be scanned at the turnstiles by using the screen of your phone.
