On New Year’s Day, Bromley FC will be holding a food appeal at Hayes Lane to support the Bromley Borough Foodbank.

We are asking fans of Bromley and Southend to support our efforts by bringing donations for the local food bank, to help people across the Borough at the start of 2023.

Donations will be gathered by the Bromley FC Community Sports Trust from 11am to 2pm on Sunday 1 January 2023 at the Club Reception by The Jim Brown Club Shop alongside the entrance to Broomfields Bar and Kitchen.

Please note the following:

• We are unable to take fresh perishable food either hot or cold
• Please don’t bring frozen or chilled items as the Foodbank is unable to store and therefore distribute them

Urgently needed items include:

• Adult and children’s toothbrushes
• Disposable razors
• Toilet rolls
• Cooking sauces
• Cleaning products
• Sugar
