Bromley signed defender Josh Passley from National League South Side Havant & Waterlooville for an undisclosed fee.
The 28-year-old made 38 league for the Hawks last season, netting one goal against Bath City.
Passley began his career with Fulham, penning a professional contract before debuting in the FA Cup Fourth round against Sheffield United in the fourth round the following year.
Spells in League Two would follow at Shrewsbury Town and Portsmouth, where he made 18 appearances before his time at Fulham ended.
However, it was a quick return to the EFL as he would move to Dagenham & Redbridge in 2015, where he’d be a regular for the Daggers in his first and only season with the club.
Whitehawk would provide his next challenge before gaining his first taste of the top tier of the National League as he would make a move to Dover Athletic, which was his final switch before moving to Havant & Waterlooville in 2021.
