After studying law at university and having the opportunity to play basketball for Wales at an international level, Megan fell into catering during a summer spent at home. Megan joined the Compass Group in 2013, managing high profile restaurants, private boxes and VIP sponsor areas at top sporting venues and events around the UK including Goodwood racecourse, Principality Stadium, Wimbledon, Henley Regatta, The Ryder Cup and The PGA.

Megan moved to Reading Football Club as the Hospitality Manage where she achieved many accolades and helped drive business revenue to a profitable place before moving to Bristol Zoo as Conference and Events Manager before working at Google as Events Catering Manager.

Megan wanted to join a company with an in-house catering department which was local to her home, enticed by the club’s project and vision, Megan has subsequently been Head of Food and Beverage at Bromley Football Club since January 2022.

Megan’s role involves managing the catering across the whole stadium including events, hospitality, concessions, Broomfields and players food. Megan is responsible for ensuring our catering offering is the best it can be and gives the highest level of customer service to everyone who eats and drinks at Hayes Lane.
